Job Summary
Operate excavators on commercial paving, grading, utility, excavation, and site development projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin, managing tasks from site prep and trenching to material handling and finish work. Collaborate with experienced operators and field leaders to deliver quality projects while adhering to a safety-first mindset and strong work ethic. Work approximately 55-hour weeks, including some Saturdays during paving season, under a stable, year-after-year commercial work schedule. This role requires a valid CDL, commercial excavator experience, and a background in asphalt, utility, grading, or site development.
