Job Summary
As an Equipment Operator in Harmony, MN, you will safely operate heavy machinery and lead on-site crews to execute utility construction projects. Responsibilities include setting up safety controls (cones, signage, barricades, trench protection), loading/unloading equipment, inspecting and maintaining trucks and trailers, keeping worksites organized, locating and exposing underground utilities, participating in POD safety briefings, and communicating professionally with customers while prioritizing personal and team safety. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential to meet safety and quality standards on projects in surrounding towns.
