Job Summary
Operate excavators for trenching, grading, and base station installation while interpreting construction plans to ensure precise execution. Maintain equipment through regular inspections and collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines and safety protocols. Perform site cleaning, including topsoil removal, and backfill pits to restore terrain. Work in various cities across Slovenia on a long-term contract with competitive pay, provided accommodation, and meal allowances.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 5 years of experience as a excavator
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in the construction industry
- Valid excavator operator certification or license
- Knowledge of excavator operation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to interpret construction plans and markings
- Physical stamina to operate the excavator for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and precision in excavation tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Trailer truck driving experience is an advantage
- Team player with good communication skills to coordinate with the construction team
