Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the Excavation department including operations, scheduling, project coordination, budgeting, and customer satisfaction. Lead, grow, and optimize the excavation division with a strong focus on sales performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, developing sales strategies to drive revenue, supervising technicians, maintaining relationships with customers, contractors, and commercial clients, pursuing major sales opportunities, preparing estimates, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and licensing requirements. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational oversight to meet or exceed financial and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Sales experience a plus
- Plumbing, Excavation and/or general trades experience preferred
- Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must meet MVR eligibility requirements
