Job Summary
Excavation Laborer needed to support residential site development by digging trenches, assisting with pipe installation, and helping prepare and maintain job sites. Responsibilities include assisting with installing pipe and site preparation, digging trenches, laying pipe, shoveling and raking, and supporting equipment operators as needed. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, maintain a clean and safe work site, and have a strong work ethic and reliability. A valid driver’s license is required and the ability to pass a background check. Prior outdoor construction or excavation experience is preferred; heavy equipment operator experience is a bonus.
