Job Summary
Conduct basic and treatment nursing care for patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to quality and nursing standards. Support patients in their familiar living environment while documenting all nursing services. Collaborate with physicians, family members, and the nursing team to coordinate care and assist in organizing daily nursing operations. Maintain a reliable and responsible work ethic within a young, collegial team featuring a structured shift system and flat hierarchies.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann, Altenpfleger oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Teamfähigkeit und Empathie
- Kenntnisse in der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
