Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive care and nursing for residents in senior living communities, including medication administration, wound management, and documentation oversight. Manage resident files and medication plans while coordinating with physicians, therapists, and pharmacies. Serve as the primary contact for mobile phone services during shifts and oversee higher-level appointments with the medical director. Maintain a safe, individualized environment for seniors while collaborating within a cohesive team.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der medizinischen Terminologie sowie im Umgang mit Hilfsmitteln und Dokumentationen
