Job Summary
Conduct active care for residents, serve as an attentive conversational partner, and ensure their quality of life and well-being. Document all nursing and supportive measures while actively participating in the care process. Create care plans and monitor adherence to current nursing standards. Motivate residents to participate in house activities. This role is part-time at 75% in Hemmingen, Tamm, Erligheim, or Möglingen. The employer offers a secure position within a family atmosphere, TVöD compensation up to 53,000 Euro annually, and extensive training opportunities.
