Job Summary
Conduct holistic nursing and psychosocial care for patients at home, managing symptom control and pain therapy in coordination with the team. Perform crisis intervention with sensitivity while collaborating with family physicians, nursing services, and hospice providers. Maintain patient dignity and provide companionship in their final life phase within the specialized ambulatory palliative care team. Requires exam as a general nurse or elderly care nurse, palliative care specialization, and experience in home palliative care. Full- or part-time availability starting immediately with regional deployment.
Required Qualifications

- Empathie
- Belastbarkeit
- Freude an selbstbestimmtem Arbeiten
- EDV-Kenntnisse
