Job Summary
Administer driver licensing examinations (automobile, motorcycle, and CDL) and determine applicant eligibility for licenses, permits, and ID cards. Verify identity, citizenship, residency, and other documents; conduct knowledge and road tests; evaluate applicant performance for compliance with state and federal requirements. Process licensing transactions, enter and maintain records in motor vehicle databases, and provide customer service and information to the public. Perform office operations, assist with fraud detection and regulatory compliance, and support overall office functions.
