Job Summary
As an Exam Security Client Advisor, you will advise and assist clients on test security needs, enhancing client confidence in Ascend Learning's products. Key responsibilities include creating onboarding content focused on exam security, conducting client consultations, providing training for team members, and managing social media interactions related to academic integrity. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, over 5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with nursing education and proven organizational abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of industry experience within Nursing Academia or Client Success required
- 2+ years of experience teaching in an academic nursing setting preferred
- Familiarity of the nursing and allied health education industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in delivering engaging presentations both in-person and virtually
- Proven ability to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively
- Effective team collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Experience in nursing education using ATI resources
