Job Summary
Conduct elderly and sick care, including basic and treatment nursing, at the Schillerresidenz care home in Ravensburg. Support residents who have left their usual environment and serve as a key contact point for them and their family members. Work primarily in day shifts with a scope of at least 50% to 100%, including occasional weekends. If qualified with a three-year exam and experience, also perform administrative duties such as prescription management and roster planning as a Deputy Head of Household.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Krankenschwester:Krankenpfleger, Heilerziehungspfleger:in oder Äquivalente
- Eine abgeschlossene 1-jährige Ausbildung als Altenpflegehelfer:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer:in, Pflegefachassistent:in, Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r oder Äquivalente
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einfühlungsvermögen
- Teamfähigkeit und Offenheit für eine herzliche, kollegiale Zusammenarbeit
- 3-jähriges Examen
