Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing care for residents, serving as the primary contact for physical treatments and physician-ordered therapies. Manage and document nursing processes while providing hands-on support and supervision to nursing assistants, apprentices, and interns. Apply a holistic nursing approach focused on resident well-being, making independent decisions during emergencies. Maintain open communication with residents, family members, and colleagues. Required Qualifications
