Job Summary
Conduct activating basic and treatment nursing care according to current standards, create nursing plans and processes, and carefully manage nursing documentation. Accompany medical diagnostics and therapy, actively participate in internal quality assurance measures, and provide direct support to the PDL. Perform consultation appointments as part of the tour, which includes 37.3er and residential care components. Work in part-time capacity with an unbound contract, supported by comprehensive team onboarding and ongoing training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Staatlich anerkannter Abschluss als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in)
- verantwortungsbewussten und wertschätzenden Umgang mit unseren Klienten
- routiniert in Medikamentenausgabe, Pflegetätigkeiten und digitaler Dokumentation sowie Kontakt mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und Kollegen
