Job Summary
Monitor students during exams, ensure conditions are met, and report irregularities to the Exams Officer. Prepare and clear exam rooms, handle papers securely, and support students with special arrangements. Maintain exam integrity in a calm environment while remaining flexible for short-notice travel. This part-time role aligns with school exam schedules in Nov/Dec, Feb/March, or May/June. An Enhanced DBS check and references are required prior to appointment.
Required Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A–C) including English and Maths
- Are calm under pressure and have excellent attention to detail
- Can communicate effectively and work independently
- Are committed to safeguarding, confidentiality, and equality
- Must be flexible, reliable, and able to travel at short notice
- Ideally, you will live within a 5-mile radius of the school location
- The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and all necessary pre-employment screening
- Satisfactory employment references must be received prior to appointment or onboarding
