Job Summary
Respond to PA inquiries via email and phone, processing exam applications, scores, and eligibility notices while managing accommodation requests, grievances, and score audits. Prepare and mail certificates, handle inventory, and maintain accurate records in the case management system. Assist with user acceptance testing for system enhancements and conduct annual policy reviews. Provide additional administrative support and reporting as assigned. This hybrid role requires reporting onsite to the Johns Creek headquarters at least weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for NCCPA as NCCPA will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or related support roles
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Associates degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior certifications in office administration or operational processes
- Familiarity with a certifying body or testing organization
