Job Summary
Manager – Homologation responsible for CMVR certification for new models and CMVR extension certificates for existing models (2W/3W/4W); manage export certification per Euro II/III/IV and Euro 5A/B, COP/WVCOP for domestic/export, and development tests per design/calibration/testing requirements. Execute domestic homologation in coordination with agencies like ARAI/VRDE and global authorities via their Indian representatives; coordinate homologation activities with entities like TUV and VCA; liaise with Design, CAL, T&V, PM, and Sales/Marketing to collect and upload vehicle specifications to Team Center; oversee EV certification and other country-specific requirements; lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in automotive homologation
- Hands-on experience with domestic and export homologation (2W/3W/4W)
- CMVR certification for new models and export certification per Euro II/III/IV & Euro 5A & Euro 5B
- COP/WVCOP for domestic/export
- Knowledge of AIS, BIS, ECE/EEC regulations; EMI/EMC, Brake, Emission, Noise tests
- EV certification knowledge for CMVR/FAME/EMPS/PLI
- Coordination with test agencies like ARAI, VRDE, TUV, and global authorities
- Cross-functional collaboration with Design, CAL, T&V, PM, Sales & Marketing teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Coordinate with Design Team, PM Team, CAL Team, T&V Team, Sales & Marketing Team to collect and upload vehicle specifications
- Knowledge of AIS, BIS, ECE/EEC regulations; EMI/EMC, Brake, Emission, Noise tests
- EV certification for CMVR/FAME/EMPS/PLI
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Team coordination and ability to lead cross-functional teams
