EX Analyst

EX Analyst role supporting the delivery of customer survey programs by building and configuring surveys in the Perceptyx platform, running standard reports and outputs, and preparing accurate, customer-ready deliverables. Collaborate with Consultants and Program Managers to translate quantitative and qualitative results into clear PowerPoint visuals and summaries; perform quality checks; and support impact analysis aligned with Perceptyx standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include survey build and configuration, data visualization in Excel to produce executive-ready charts and visuals, insight synthesis for slide content, qualitative analysis of verbatim feedback, rigorous QA across configurations and outputs, and creating inputs/ visuals that link employee experience insights to engagement, retention, and business metrics. You will manage multiple deadlines, maintain organized project files, participate in customer meetings, and support knowledge sharing. Required/proffered qualifications emphasize 1 year of related experience (preferred), strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, analytical mindset, attention to detail, effective communication, and an undergraduate degree (preferred). Compensation includes US: $70,000-$80,000 per year and Canada: $90,000-105,000 CAD per year, with benefits and accommodations described.
