EWP - Plan Services Team, Senior

Senior EWP Plans Services Team member leads and mentors designers, conducting final plan checks and coordinating daily plan scheduling. Responsible for creating accurate, economical framing layouts and material lists using BlueLinx EWP CAD software, and for collaborating with branch managers, dealers, builders, architects, engineers, and building officials. Demonstrates problem-solving skills to address architectural/structural design issues, leads software training, and provides customer support. Requires 6+ years of EWP experience, CAD design software proficiency, and ability to read architectural drawings. Education favors an Associate degree in CAD or construction technology; degree in Structural, Architectural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering or Technology is a plus.
