Job Summary
Egg White Harvest Technician II performs harvests, environmental monitoring, sampling, line clearances, and documentation in a GMP environment. Responsibilities include operating equipment, executing Master Batch Records, aseptic manipulations in a laminar flow room, inventory control, maintaining EWH and EM databases, training new technicians, and contributing to deviations, OOS, or CAPAs. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, experience in GMP manufacturing, and the ability to work shifts including weekends/holidays. Education options include a high school diploma with experience or an associate degree/BS/AS or certificate with relevant GMP/cleanroom experience. Strong communication skills and adherence to cGMP and GDP practices are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma plus 2 years’ experience in cleanroom or GMP environment
- BS, AS, or Certificate plus 1 year’s experience in cleanroom or GMP environment
