Job Summary
EW Systems Engineer role focusing on radar threat research, design/development and testing of Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) waveforms, hands-on EW/system test in labs and field, generation of system/sub-system specifications, verification, and customer-interface activities. Requires collaboration across diverse teams, familiarity with lab/test equipment and software tools, and capability to obtain/hold a U.S. Secret clearance. On-site in Warner Robins, GA with 25% travel; salary range $79,300–$118,900; relocation assistance may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited school with 2 years of relevant experience; Master’s with 0 Years (for Systems Engineer)
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited school with 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s with 3 Years (for Principal Systems Engineer)
- Understanding of radar waveforms, Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and/or Electronic Countermeasures (ECM)
- Experience with software development
- Experience with lab test equipment such as function generator, oscilloscope, multi-meter, spectrum analyzers, etc.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with many external organizations
- Starting this role is contingent upon obtaining a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ECM technique development
- Experience running RF lab test equipment, including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and EW specific analysis tools
- Software experience in Ada, C-type languages
- Knowledgeable in Agile software development methodology
- Experience in performing aircraft functional test
- Current Secret clearance or higher
