Job Summary
Onsite EVV Expert responsible for EVV data compliance and maintenance, training Care Center staff and new hires, configuring mobile apps for iOS/Android, coordinating with Scheduling on caregiver pay and EVV compliance, monitoring system alerts, supporting audits and payroll processing, and serving as the EVV resource across the Care Center. Requires high school diploma and 1 year of office administration experience; familiarity with EVV platforms in home care and Microsoft Office; strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail. Travel occasionally for meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of office administration experience required
- Knowledge with EVV platforms in home care setting, preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, organize work and follow through
- Ability to collaborate well across teams to accomplish a positive outcome
