Job Summary
Certified EVSE Technician responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and servicing electric vehicle charging infrastructure at client sites. Document site reviews and repairs via the CH! mobile app, perform preventative maintenance, and execute complex break/fix services. Must communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, follow safety protocols, and travel up to 75% to various locations (Baltimore, SF, GA, WI). Emphasis on hands-on electrical/mechanical work, diagnostic tooling, real-time documentation, and staying current with evolving EVSE technology through ChargerHelp! training and industry conferences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of field technician experience as a licensed electrician
- Demonstrable electrical experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in various environments
- Completion of ChargerHelp! Training upon onboarding
