EVS Training Supervisor

Lead onboarding, training, and competency evaluation for all Environmental Services team members while ensuring strict compliance with OSHA, accreditation, and regulatory standards. Coordinate education programs, maintain training records, and develop departmental policies and procedures. Provide coaching for staff development, support quality improvement initiatives, and partner with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention. Perform operational support duties as assigned. This role is full-time, day shift, with a high school diploma or GED required and one year of experience preferred.
