EVS Technician-Seneca Hill Manor, Per Diem

EVS Technician role responsible for cleaning and maintaining resident and common areas at The Manor at Seneca Hills. Duties include dust-mopping, mopping, wet-mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, spot cleaning, bathroom scrubbing, trash removal, replenishing supplies, equipment storage, disposal of hazardous/infectious waste per policy, infection-control practices, and collaboration with staff to meet daily tasks. Requires adherence to safety standards, ability to follow detailed instructions, neat appearance, good communication, adaptability to changing duties, and comfort working in an environment with older adults. Per diem, 3–3.75 hours standing per shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and compliance with immunization and health assessments are noted; pay range $16.49-$19.78 per hour, commensurate with experience.
