Job Summary
EVS Tech II-Housekeeping at Northwestern Medicine, full-time evenings (40 hours/week) at Lake Forest Hospital. Cleans and maintains patient rooms and other areas, follows isolation and safety procedures, stocks supplies, maintains equipment, and collaborates with hospital staff. Requires effective communication with patients and staff, ability to follow instructions, and independent work capability. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, and other life-cycle benefits. Hours 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, every other weekend. Location: Lake Forest, IL (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Must exhibit ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff
- Must be able to use the proper tracking and communication tools utilized by department
- Must be able to work independently
