Job Summary
Supervise janitorial staff to consistently provide a clean, secure, and safe environment for building occupants. Direct employees to accomplish daily, weekly, and project-specific cleaning tasks while effectively executing the building's cleaning plan. Manage staffing levels, work schedules, and time and attendance records, and control inventory of company equipment, supplies, and materials. Regularly inspect buildings to ensure cleanliness and safe operations, taking corrective action when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to requests and concerns. Requires 5-7 years of experience leading hourly workforces in janitorial, retail, or similar industries. This part-time role operates on the 2nd or 3rd shift and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibilities and accomplishments
- Experience leading and managing an hourly work force in janitorial, fast food, retail, construction or similar industries
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work well with others at all levels
- Strong work ethic
- Physically able to perform all tasks which include walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching and lifting
- Minimum Age 18+ years old
- Drug Free Workplace
- This is a Part-Time position
- 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends
