Job Summary
Environmental Services Project Manager in Detroit, MI with 100% travel. Manage and develop an Environmental Services department, oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance, ensure quality, inventory usage, and equipment management, and support start-ups and re-engineering of accounts. Responsibilities include interviewing candidates, assigning personnel to projects, conducting quality checks, maintaining and updating discipline and progress reports, and promoting the company culture. Requires supervisory experience and healthcare vaccination compliance; heavy emphasis on leadership, customer relations, and operational training to prepare for eventual departmental leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- One to three years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer/client contact
