Job Summary
Coordinate daily assignments for the EVS Surgery Cleaning Team to ensure all areas are cleaned according to established guidelines. Monitor and inspect work to verify that all policies and procedures are followed at all times. Stay current with EVS best practices and work closely with EVS Leadership Team to improve quality and address concerns timely. Promote an engaged workforce while demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to prioritize workload independently without direct supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED
- 1-2 years of Sterile Field Training
- 1-2 years of education background
- 1-2 years of restorative floor care experience
- 1-2 years of Customer Services
- 1-2 years of Environmental Services
- Outlook
- Excel skills
