Job Summary
EVS/Custodian Manager provides direct and general supervision of the EVS and Marine teams to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment at Belterra Casino Resort. Responsibilities include staff supervision (scheduling, training, development, performance actions), budgeting and staffing planning, coordinating cleaning schedules across Front of House and Back of House, ensuring compliance with health department standards, managing inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies and PPE, conducting safety training, supervising equipment maintenance, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Requires ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license; typically requires a high school education and 2–4 years of supervisory environmental services experience; hospitality/casino experience preferred; 21+ years of age.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Two years of environmental services, housekeeping or custodial management experience with two to four years supervisory experience; hospitality, hotel operations or casino environments preferred.
