EVS Manager- Bilingual Variable Shift Schedule

Manage the Environmental Services department by participating in staff selection, interviewing candidates, and scheduling days off, holidays, and vacations to meet account needs. Assign personnel to work areas or project duties, conduct quality assurance checks, and manage materials inventory and equipment usage. Ensure staff receive proper orientation, initial training, and ongoing education while providing individual guidance and motivation. Discipline associates according to progressive guidelines, prepare disciplinary and variance reports, and conduct follow-up investigations as required. Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment while promoting Xanitos' culture, values, and management philosophy to meet performance plans.
