Job Summary
2nd Shift Environmental Services Manager at Valleywise Medical Center leads the EVS team, Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, quality assurance, materials inventory and equipment use; provides guidance, discipline, and performance feedback to staff; ensures sanitary, attractive, and orderly environmental conditions; acts as liaison with hospital departments and upholds Xanitos culture and management philosophy; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation; vaccination against COVID-19 required unless legally exempt; high school diploma required with college degree or equivalent experience preferred; flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
