Job Summary
Manage the Environmental Services department by participating in staff selection, scheduling days off, and assigning personnel to established work areas. Conduct quality assurance checks, manage materials inventory, and ensure staff receive proper orientation and ongoing education. Provide individual guidance to associates, enforce progressive disciplinary guidelines, and prepare variance reports for the Department Director. Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment while promoting Xanitos' culture and meeting performance plans. This 2nd Shift role requires full COVID-19 vaccination, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Windows-based office software.
Required Qualifications
- EVS Healthcare experience
- High School diploma
- Flexibility to work some differing shifts
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software
- Employees in Healthcare are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment at Xanitos, absent a legally required Medical or Religious exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination via a secure online portal
