Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment
• •High School diploma or equivalent required
• •Minimum of one (1) year experience in the field of environmental services
• •Must be familiar with proper use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals
• •Must possess excellent communication skills
• •Ability to write routine correspondence
• •Ability to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers
• •Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• •Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees
• •Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
• •Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted
• •Adequate manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment
• •Occasionally lifts/moves over 25 pounds of cleaning equipment
• •Must be able to climb and descend ladders
• •Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the casino
• •Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid non-gaming license
• •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• •Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
• •Work nights, weekends and holidays as required
• •Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening

Desired Qualifications

• •Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred
• •Proficient computer skills preferred
