Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections of all gaming and non-gaming EVS areas, manage storage inventory, and prepare supplies for upcoming shifts. Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, review inspection feedback with leadership, and ensure all staff are properly trained on assigned tasks. Fill reasonable guest requests or coordinate assistance as needed while maintaining strict confidentiality. Complete necessary reports in a timely manner and attend all departmental meetings. Maintain a high level of professional appearance and ethics. This union position requires a Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency license and involves working in a 24/7 high-energy casino environment with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- A 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a high-volume facility to include but not limited to retail, casino, hospital, hotel, or public facility in janitorial or executive housekeeping
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs several times a day
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Use of stairs and elevators
