Job Summary
Conduct daily housekeeping and laundry duties for resident apartments and common areas, including dusting, disinfecting surfaces, mopping, and vacuuming. Wash, dry, and fold resident linens, drapes, and personal clothing while ensuring proper sanitation of bathrooms, hallways, and utility rooms. Refill paper products, empty trash, and deliver clean items to residents as needed. Perform both functions as directed, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the assigned community.
Required Qualifications
- 3 –6 months experience in housekeeping and/or laundry procedures
- Ability to complete tasks from a checklist operation schedule
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Moderate to heavy physical activity required by exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 45 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 22 pounds of force constantly
- Constant standing, walking, and grasping
- Frequent stooping and reaching above shoulder heights
- Occasional sitting, crawling, kneeling, and squatting
