EVS Housekeeper – Full-Time | Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Summary
Dust, polish, and disinfect furniture, countertops, and bathrooms; mop floors, vacuum carpets, and clean common areas, nursing stations, and utility rooms. Wash and dry resident linens, drapes, and personal clothing; fold items and deliver clean clothes to residents. Refill paper products, empty trash, and ensure laundry machines are consistently in use. Perform detailed cleaning assignments as directed and maintain proper sanitation in all resident apartments and community spaces. Requires 3–6 months of housekeeping or laundry experience, ability to follow checklist schedules, and moderate to heavy physical activity including lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- 3 –6 months experience in housekeeping and/or laundry procedures
- Ability to complete tasks from a checklist operation schedule
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Moderate to heavy physical activity required by exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 45 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 22 pounds of force constantly
- Constant standing, walking, and grasping
- Frequent stooping and reaching above shoulder heights
- Occasional sitting, crawling, kneeling, and squatting
