Job Summary
EVS Housekeeper cleans and maintains patient/resident areas to meet customer and patient satisfaction. Performs cleaning and sanitizing of rooms including vacuuming, dusting, bed making, waste disposal, and restrooms following infection control procedures. Maintains equipment and adheres to safety procedures (OSHA/state/federal) while providing friendly, efficient service to customers, patients, and co-workers. Works morning shift 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., five days per week (including weekends).
Required Qualifications
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions
- This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
- Usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
