Job Summary
EVS Heavy Duty Team member at Apache Casino Hotel is responsible for the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings, casino floor space, public areas and utility systems. Core duties include cleaning and maintaining assigned areas, floors, furniture and fixtures; restocking inventory; operating cleaning equipment (buffers, strippers, commercial extractors); following Eye Hi Goodbye program; monitoring building security and safety; coordinating with supervisors and team members; adhering to casino policies and procedures; and maintaining high-quality guest service. Regular attendance is required; a gaming license is required for finalists.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience cleaning machines like buffers, strippers, commercial extractors, and others
- Knowledge, skills and abilities to work with personal computers, cleaning equipment and sanitation systems
- Ability to use equipment and supplies as required to ensure cleanliness, including climbing and working on ladders
- Competence to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; ability to read and write daily zone paperwork
- Must pass background check and drug-screening test, and obtain a gaming license
