Job Summary
Lead a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department by fostering a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Manage team member training, development, assignments, and schedules while performing daily inspections and assessments to coach staff. Recruit new members who reflect organizational values and collaborate with leadership to achieve goals, analyze data, and adjust operations to meet facility, budget, and compliance targets. Work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires computer experience with word processing and spreadsheets; relocation is required for promotion opportunities.
