Job Summary
EVS Coordinator leads environmental services staff to maintain a clean, safe, and hospital-compliant environment; coordinates scheduling and staffing, conducts quality-control rounds, performs onboarding and ongoing training, assists leadership with interviewing and performance evaluations, and ensures timely completion of cleaning tasks across patient areas, offices, and public spaces. Requires effective communication, ability to adapt to a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays/evenings), proficiency with basic computer software (Microsoft Office and email), and prior professional experience in Environmental Services within a healthcare setting.
