EVS - Banquet Setup (Part Time)

Maintain and replenish all beverages, ice, and supplies at service areas while assisting with inventory control by alerting supervisors when stock is low. Remove and dispose of all trash in food and beverage service and storage areas, then clean and empty the bus stand. Scrape, rack, stack, and wash all china, flatware, glassware, and utensils according to company standards. Clean and sanitize workstations, coolers, and dry storage areas. Assist with the set-up of banquets, buffets, and private functions. Promote positive guest and employee relations and comply with all internal controls, safety policies, and the Bally's Purpose and Values model. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
