EVS - Banquet Setup (Full Time)

Maintain and replenish all beverages, ice, and supplies at service areas while assisting with inventory control by alerting supervisors when supplies are low. Remove and dispose of all trash in food and beverage service and storage areas, then clean and empty the bus stand. Scrape, rack, stack, and wash all china, flatware, glassware, and utensils according to company standards, while cleaning and sanitizing workstations and maintaining organization of coolers and dry storage. Assist with the set-up of banquets, buffets, and private functions. Comply with all internal controls, company, departmental, and safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including the Bally's Purpose and Values model. Promote positive guest and employee relations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
