Job Summary
Clean ceilings, walls, floors, windows, slot machines, and all related furniture and equipment within and out of the casino, including offices and assigned buildings. Sweep, mop, polish, and strip floors; dust and polish furniture, blinds, and equipment; and clean restrooms while filling dispensers. Vacuum, spot clean, and shampoo rugs, carpets, and furniture using commercial equipment. Report malfunction of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and damages to room and hall furnishings to the supervisor. Stock areas with supplies, lock and unlock doors as directed, and initiate work orders for repair or maintenance. Move furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required, wash dishes or utensils, replace light bulbs, and perform bio-hazard clean-up. Remove all trash, dirty rags, and stock closets. Maintain eligibility to work in the U.S., pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License, and adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of custodial experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques and standards of basic cleaning skills.
- Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
- Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
- Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
