Job Summary
Clean all public areas, restrooms, and offices throughout the entire project complex as needed. Perform duties that require lifting up to 100 pounds and frequent movement of 50 pounds while standing, walking, climbing, and occasionally stooping or crawling. Work in a 24-hour environment across all years, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with exposure to moderate to loud noise levels and occasional extreme heat.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision
- Distance vision

- Peripheral vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
