• •Ability to dust furniture, walls, and equipment
• •Ability to clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• •Ability to sweep stairwells and clean elevators
• •Ability to ensure that all cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment are used per the manufacturer's instructions
• •Ability to report any hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to the supervisor
• •Ability to advise management of repairs, or supply shortages in assigned areas
• •Ability to be accountable for cleanliness and overall condition of assigned area
• •Ability to comply with established safety precautions when using equipment and supplies

Desired Qualifications

• •High School diploma or GED equivalent
• •Previous housekeeping experience
