Job Summary
Maintain a clean and attractive appearance of casino buildings and guest areas by sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors, cleaning carpets and upholstery, dusting fixtures, and disinfecting restrooms after each use. Empty wastebaskets, replenish supplies during peak times, and transport trash to disposal areas while ensuring compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards and Tribal Internal Control Standards. Present a positive image of the organization to guests and vendors by delivering a Five Star Experience that embodies welcoming, proactive, and personalized service. Transport small equipment between departments as assigned and report job issues based on facts. Work multiple locations with flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 emergency calls, while adhering to all safety policies and training standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass periodic random drug screens
- Must be able to pass background suitability investigation
- Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License
- Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment
- Must be available for emergency calls 24/7
- Must be available to work weekend and holidays
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment
- Must be flexible to work any and all hours
- Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Must occasionally push, pull up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, bend, push, pull, twist, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to work in low light conditions
- Must be able to be exposed to loud noise for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
