Job Summary
EVS Assistant Manager at Beau Rivage oversees daily cleanliness and presentation across public areas, offices, back-of-house and casino, guiding and coaching a team, managing scheduling and labor to maintain high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include inspections, enforcing cleanliness standards, training and developing staff, and ensuring efficient operations during the 3:30 pm–12:30 am shift.
