Job Summary
Executive leader, CRO of Tableau, responsible for owning Tableau’s global go-to-market strategy, revenue performance across new business, expansion, and renewals, and for driving top-line growth through pricing evolution, packaging, and a unified global sales motion. Will partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Salesforce leadership to accelerate adoption, expand footprint, and position Tableau as the semantic intelligence layer for the AI-first enterprise. Leads cross-functional teams to establish centers of excellence, scalable operating cadences, and best-practice sharing across regions; engages with senior customers and partners to deepen relationships and drive retention and expansion. Strong focus on data-led strategy, executive communication, and alignment across Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Customer 360, with a track record of transforming GTM in large-scale enterprise software environments.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience
- responsibility for large-scale global revenue organizations
- success leading specialist or platform sales organizations
- deep expertise in analytics, BI, or data platforms
- strong executive presence
- ability to influence multiple stakeholders at highest levels
