Job Summary
Conduct new member integration, communicate verbally to ensure member satisfaction, and educate clients on safe equipment use. Develop, document, and implement one-on-one, partner, or group workout programs matching client needs. Prospect for new leads, listen to member feedback, and obtain referrals to assist sales goals. Complete all required cleaning duties, assist in other club departments as needed, and attend fitness meetings. Update monthly goals based on production data. Earn commission potential ranging from $35,000 to $85,000 yearly.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current personal training certification from a nationally accredited source or hold a degree in Exercise Science
- Must be able to lift 45lb of weight
